Rates are per night in Kwacha and include everything listed below. The struck-through figure is what the same night costs on a booking platform. Booking here is always 10 per cent below it.
Long stays
Longer stays cost less per night
It comes off automatically at checkout. You do not need a code and you do not need to ask.

The discount comes off the standard price and the longest band you reach is the one you get. They do not add together.
For example
Mulima, 14 nights. At the standard K2,000 a night that is K28,000. With 10 per cent off for staying six nights or more, you pay K25,200.

What is included
None of this is an extra. It is all in the nightly rate.

Before you book
Questions we get asked
- What happens if the power goes out?
- We have backup power, so the lights, sockets and Wi-Fi stay on.
- How do I get in if I arrive late?
- Give us your rough arrival time when you book. Whatever time you land, someone will be at the apartment with the keys.
- How do I pay?
- MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or a bank transfer, to the accounts shown the moment you book and again on our payment page. The full amount is due up front and you see the whole total before you pay anything. If you can only pay by card, ask us and we will work something out.
- Can you pick me up from the airport?
- Yes, at an additional fee. Tick it when you book or send us a message and we will meet you at Kenneth Kaunda International. The drive to the apartment is about 55 minutes. We collect from the inter-city bus station too.
- Can I hire a car?
- Yes. Every car is a Toyota Mark X. Drive one yourself for K1,000 a day or have one with a full-time driver, at an additional fee. The cars are for use in Lusaka only and are not part of the nightly rate.
- Is there a pool?
- Yes. There is one pool on the property, shared by the apartments, and using it is included in your rate.
- Is there security at night?
- Yes. The gate is manned overnight and you park inside it.
- Do you offer laundry services?
- Yes. We can hand wash your clothes for a charge. There are also laundry shops close by.
- Is it cheaper to book here than on other platforms?
- Yes. Booking here is 10% cheaper than the platforms, every time. There is no booking fee.
